A short drive or bike ride from our holiday park you will find the picturesque town of Ootmarsum. The touristic Ootmarsum is known as the art town of Overijssel. Or visit the nearby Delden with Twickel Castle and a very nice regional market. De Lutte is also definitely worth a visit with its unique sand excavations. The river Dinkel meanders through nature here. The perfect place for a walk or bike ride from our bungalow park.

Culture in the area
In the area you can enjoy various museums such as Techniekmuseum Oyfo in Hengelo, the Rijksmuseum Twenthe or Natura Docet in Denekamp. There are plenty of beautiful buildings to be found in the area. Think of the town of Ootmarsum, the Plechelmusbasiliek in Oldenzaal, or the Burcht in Bad Bentheim.

Fancy something active? There is also plenty of choice in Overijssel. Whether you like walking, cycling or water sports, there is something for everyone. For example, go for a walk through the green forests of nature estate Het Hulsbeek. Or get on your bike and discover the picturesque villages, vast fields, streams and old farms. But there is also the possibility of swimming and sunbathing within walking distance. At recreation park Het Hulsbeek there are swimming ponds with sandy beaches, a water slide and a paddling pool.
