A Special Donation, Cherished Memories and Meaningful Encounters
Recently, we had the pleasure of welcoming the Kock family and WensAmbulance Oost-Nederland to Villapark Eureka for a special gathering. The occasion marked the presentation of a donation raised through the auction of Eddy Kock’s impressive fire service collection.
For many years, Eddy’s fire service museum was much more than a collection. It was a place filled with stories, memories and a passion for the firefighting profession. Following his passing, the family decided to auction the collection through Twents Veilinghuis. The proceeds from this remarkable collection were donated to WensAmbulance Oost-Nederland.
During the presentation, meaningful conversations were shared about Eddy, his hobby and the many people whose lives he touched. Over a cup of coffee, we had the opportunity to meet the volunteers of WensAmbulance Oost-Nederland. They were also given an introduction to Villapark Eureka and the facilities we offer guests who may require additional support during their holiday.
