• Can I bring a pet?

  Unfortunately, pets are not allowed on the park. This is because we like to consider lung patients and guests with allergies. No pet sitter? Our staff is happy to give you the contact details of a boarding kennel in the vicinity.

• What are the arrival and departure days? And what are the check-in and check-out times?

  We only have Mondays and Fridays as departure and arrival days. There may be exceptions, such as with Easter or Christmas. 

  Check-in on the day of arrival is between 15.00 and 18.00. Are you arriving later? Then please let us know beforehand. Check-out is possible until 10.30 a.m. on the day of departure. If you wish to leave before the reception is open, then please consult our staff what to do with the key.

• What are the additional costs?

  We have service costs per villa. These costs include the booking fees, tourist tax and mandatory cleaning fee.

• Can I smoke inside the villa?

  All our villas are non-smoking. Smoking is not allowed under any circumstances. You can, however, smoke outside. Each villa has a private terrace and patio furniture.

• What is maximum occupancy per villa?

• Do you have children’s furniture in the villa?

  All villas have a high chair, a wooden cot and a stair gate. Only the 4/5 person Deluxe Superior villas have a children’s camp bed instead of the wooden cot. You can also rent a second high chair, camp bed or play pen.

• Is there bed linen in the villa?

  Bed linen is not included in the booking. You can rent sets of bed linen for € 8,= per bed, and for an additional € 3,50 we make the beds for you. Towel packages (€ 4,=) and a kitchen package (€ 4,=) are also available. Of course you can also bring your own. It will be handy to know that all the beds in the villas are single beds.

• Can I make a booking with a group?

  We are, at our core, a family oriented park and are therefore critical when it comes to group bookings. If you want to book as a group, please call us beforehand, so we can discuss the options with you.

• I still have to deliberate with my family, can I take a booking option for the moment?

  Of course we can arrange this for you. We can block one of the villas for you for a certain period, without any attachment. This may come in handy when we only have 1 villa available or if you need to deliberate with your family/friends.

• What kind of special adjustments are there in the care villas?

  Our care villas have been designed to be wheelchair accessible. There are no thresholds, the doors are extra wide, there are electrically adjustable high/low beds and the bathroom is extra spacious. Besides these basic adjustments, we have various additional special aids such as a shower stretcher, shower seat etc. Please note: support bars in the toilets are not standard in the villas. We can arrange for them together with the other devices.
